WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) as well as PayPal and Afterpay. We do not accept international credit cards. If you only have an international credit card we suggest PayPal as an alternative.
WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
Shop now, pay later! Afterpay is a service that allows you to pay for your purchase over time in 4 interest-free installments due every two weeks. Afterpay is only available to orders within the US.
WHY DOES MY CREDIT CARD KEEP DECLINING?
There are a number of reasons your credit card may be declining:
- Make sure the billing address you're entering is the same address associated with the credit card.
- Make sure your credit card is not expired.
- Make sure you have sufficient funds available.
- Make sure you don't have a "hold" currently on your credit card.
Also, keep in mind Riot Beauty only accepts American credit cards (credit cards issued by a US provider, associated with a US billing address).
I PLACED ONE ORDER BUT WAS CHARGED MORE THAN ONCE
When a credit card gets declined, a “pending charge” will show up on your banking. Not to worry, Riot Beauty does not accept funds from declined transactions, nor are we able to. The pending charges in your account will automatically drop off after a few business days. If you're worried your order went through more than once, we’re happy to check for you! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact your bank for direct verification.
MY PROMO CODE ISN'T WORKING
Some of our promo codes have expiration dates, check to make sure it's still active. Promo codes can not be combined with any other offer (no double discounting). For instance, promo codes do not work with our Pro Discount Program, bundle deals, clearance prices, or items on sale.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP
Rest assured that we do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible. All orders will be processed within 2 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Processing times may take a bit longer during sales and/or new launches.
We ship with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. All courier options that are available to your destination will auto-populate once you enter your shipping address in the checkout process. If you don't see your desired courier at checkout, they may not currently service your area at this time.
We offer Free Shipping within the Continental US on orders "subtotaling" $75+ (USD). Some restrictions may apply. Click here for more details on our Free Shipping option.
TRACK MY ORDER
All shipments' tracking numbers will be sent to your email as soon as your order's been processed and shipped. If you don't think you received an email with your tracking number, you can always check your SPAM folder, log into your account to retrieve it, or email us at email@example.com and we'll gladly resend it to you.
ISSUES WITH MY TRACKING NUMBER
This is primarily a concern with the USPS specifically, but not often enough to be overly concerned with it. Occasionally the USPS tracking service can be unreliable. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking number to show some activity (activity means "not only has your label been generated, but it shows to have been scanned by the courier as well"). Sometimes, the USPS team forgets to scan a package, which limits the activity and tracking info for those particular shipments.
USPS also "estimates" their delivery times and does not guarantee any of their shipping services, nor these shipping service delivery dates. Meaning, your package could take anywhere from 1 business day and up to 21 business days to get to you once it's been shipped (regardless the service you choose). This is also very, very rare, but does happen from time to time.
Your business matters to us regardless of the shipping carrier, so if you do not receive your package, or if you are beginning to get concerned with its lengthy delay, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We currently ship through USPS to several countries around the world. This list of countries continues to change (+/-) occasionally, which is why we don't list out all the International countries. If you are having a hard time checking out due to your country location, feel free to email us with your concerns, as well as your shipping address, and we'll do our best to process and complete your order asap.
For customers that prefer to have either FedEx, UPS, or DHL be your chosen courier, and these options are not populating for you at the time of checkout, email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to process a special order for you.
CUSTOMS FEES & DUTIES
Customs Fees & Duties are an additional charge levied on items that are being imported into your country. These fees are determined by your government and are usually a percentage of your invoice total.
As a merchant, we are unable to participate in any other countries' Customs Fees and Duties as they vary from country to country and sometimes province to province. Only that local countries' Customs Department is able to generate and calculate these fees. We do not have any insight on what fees may apply as well as what each fee may cost. Please contact your local Customs Department for further information.
Your Riot Beauty order total only includes the cost of the products purchased, sales tax (if applicable), and shipping cost (if applicable). Your total will never include any duties, customs, nor import fees as we are not able to generate nor charge those fees.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY
Hopefully, you love all your products from Riot Beauty, but we understand that sometimes returns are part of the job. We do accept returns within 30 days of the date of your receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Items must be returned in unused and re-sellable condition to be eligible for a refund. We do not accept used or unsellable items. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return an item before shipping it back for a return authorization.
If you returned an item to us and the return has been approved and received, please allow our accounting department 2-3 business days to process your refund from the day the package arrives back to us. Please note, a refund may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect on your account depending on your bank.
